Our Founder
Niranjan Agarwal has completed MBA from Babson College and set out to be an entrepreneur. He has almost a decade of experience in the field of real estate, and runs real estate firm Srija Developers. He has experience of living in the USA, China and has a network across the globe. He is very passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation and technology hence the inception of venture- Seed Funds.
At Seed Funds, we bridge the gap between startups and investors. Business strategy, statistics and finance are my fortes and I hope to mentor in these areas . His cross-border experience, along with technology know-how from Deloitte has helped him, to mentor various start-ups. 1. Submit your idea
The idea can include: 1. Proposal / Presentation / One Pager document 2. Description of the opportunity and the market potential 3. Detailed financial projections, if done 4. Details of the management of the company 5. Review of the existing competitive scenario, if any

2. Review
We will be reviewing the submitted documents to make sure we have all the information we need, and will be getting in touch with you for the next steps.

3. Ice Breaker Meeting
This meeting is called for discussing the product prototype in much detail with all the stakeholders. If required we will be setting up few more rounds of meeting, to move forward for further advisory.

4. Evaluation
After the meetings are satisfactory, we move into evaluation phase, where we conduct market research study, understand feasibility and potential of the business to be able to provide our assistance.
